We worked on enhancing EatSure’s market penetration within college campuses by designing student-focused strategies to increase adoption and engagement among the under-25 demographic.
Despite 60% of EatSure’s users being under 25, app penetration in serviceable colleges remains just 5%. This gap highlights a significant untapped opportunity to deepen the brand’s presence and affinity within college ecosystems.
We began with in-depth user and market research to identify behavioral patterns and actionable insights specific to college students. Based on this, we structured our strategies into two categories—those requiring minimal client investment and those requiring moderate investment. Each solution was backed by data and tailored to student preferences, resulting in a cohesive and practical roadmap for growth.
